5 ways to shape up your face

These lifestyle tweaks may help you achieve that slimmer jawline you've always desired!!!

1. Catch your Zzzzzzzz
Getting those 7-8 hours of sleep per night can help to prevent a bloated face and fatigued COMPLEXION

2. Fake it until you make it
Update your beauty arsenal to help chisel your face. You will need a flat-headed foundation brush, a brush for blush, an angled contour brush and a cream foundation or powder that is one or two shades darker than your natural skin tone.

3. Drink plenty oh H2O
Dehydration can lead to a bloated face, so drink about 2 litres of water everyday. This helps to flush out toxins from your body (yes, that also includes your face) for a trimmer jawline.

4. Say NO to SALT
Smoking, alcohol and stress all affect your complexion, but salt consumption also changes your face shape as it causes your body to retain fluid. Choose fresh produce over fast or canned food.
