Home is where the holidays is.. This year should be a focused year for me!!! Focused to achieve my goal in Shaklee business. It is easier said than done. Because between my family, job & Shaklee.. It's really a big challenge.. Actually concentration, like many other virtues I aim to master, boils down to the effects of our nutrition, environment and mindset!!!
NUTRITION has to do of course with the nutrients that we put in our body... SHAKLEE has the best.
ENVIRONMENT has to do with what is around you.. WORKPLACE, HOME, SPACE
MINDSET has to do with your attitude towards what you are doing.
I need to have well balanced breakfast so that I will have enough energy!!!
I need to prioritise my daily task, I.e. workload in the office, updating my blog..etc..
